A 400-Level student of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), who
resides in Moremi hall gave birth to a baby boy and made attempts to flush the
baby in a toilet. Read more
The female student was unlucky in her wicked act when she
was caught by sanitation officers. The sanitation officer heard the cry of the
baby and decided to check where the cry of the baby was coming from.
As she was about to clean the toilets, she saw blood flowing
from one of the toilets and she called her fellow sanitation officers. They
alerted the school authorities who later took the baby to Obafemi Awolowo
University teaching Hospital for medical attention.
