Top musicians were at their best in
music, dance and comedy during the maiden edition of Dancehall 101, held at
Crystal Sapphire and Club on at 338, Old Ojo Road, Alakija, opposite Navy Town,
Lagos.
Artistes that performed included
Mode 9, Sound Sultan, Naija Ninjaz Crew, Spyda Man, Frank D Nero, Easy Miagy,
Skinny and Ine.
Each artiste thrilled the guests
with hit-tracks from their album to the delight of their fans.
Manager of Crystal Sapphire and
Club, Michael Nlemadim, said”: “Dancehall 101 is a show where different
artistes entertain party lovers with different genres of music. It is a monthly
show and the club will raise the bar in entertainment in the hospitality
industry.”
He added: “We are working hard to
maintain a high standard where party lovers will be thrilled with
entertainment.”
Nlemadim promised that the next edition
would be better, as more artistes would be on ground to thrill
fun-lovers.
A fan said: “I am happy with the
performances of the artistes, as they kept guests, dancing all through the
show. I will not want to miss the next edition because it will be more exciting
and better for fun lovers.’’
“Crystal Sapphire and the club is
equipped with state of the art sound system alongside an experienced in-house
Disc Jockey (DJ). It has a bar and lounge that consists of a sports bar, the
regular bar, V.I.P, V.V.I.P and a large car park and security is guaranteed
round the clock,” he said.
Their facilities are available for
individuals and corporate organisations for meetings, parties, TGIFs among
other functions.
Meanwhile, the club will on Sunday,
June 30, hold a show, tagged Melody 4 Comedy, at its premises on Old Ojo Road,
by Alakija Bus stop.
The show starts by 4pm. Comedians
expected at the event include Gandoki, Ebobomb, MC Accapella, Kachi, Mog,
Sharibaba, Mr. Comedy while musicians include Slim Joe, Clintmenia, Byke, among
others.
