The theme of the dance festival is Liberation Oppresion
Dance and will also hold on May 10 at KunstSozialRaum Brunnenpassage
71/Yppenplatz, 1160 Wien.
The Vienna edition of the Hood on Dance is a contemporary
dnce project dedicated to crate awareness for refugees and immigrants thereby
opening a creative platform for migrants from parts of the world residing in
Vienna.
Dancers and choreographers expected at the festival include
Hussam Alsawah, Bianca Anne Brunmesberger, Johanna Nielson, Gina Battistich,
Jules Mekontchou, Samuel Ekeh, Anna Ratschiller, Diana Maria Rosu, Emma James,
Mark Agpas, Naomi Valese, Ali Daryanavard and Serigne Niang.
