Stop smoking

Beverly has always been smoking, at least from Day 1 of The Chase that’s how we’ve known her; as a smoker. She is one of the female Housemates that smoke regularly, Feza being another but not as frequently as Beverly does.

So as Angelo waited for Beverly to finish smoking so they could go to bed and sleep, he asked her when she plans on quitting cigarettes. At first Beverly didn’t get what he was asking and so he repeated the question, to which Beverly said she’d quit when she’s married.

The question was weird for Beverly and you could see it on her face. But could it have been weird for her because she senses that Angelo is trying to have her part with her habit? Is Angelo a bully in disguise?
Shortly after that he asked her another question. “If you had to choose between me and cigarettes, what would you choose?” he asked her seriously. Obviously Beverly would choose him but who asks such question?
