Beverage, who is known for his expertise in blending drinks will do justice to the act of blending in Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve which combines a selection of handpicked, premier whiskies to create a bold blend of intense flavours that is luxurious and indulgent.
General Manager, Diageo Brands Nigeria, Felix Enwemadu said; “We are excited to introduce Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve to Nigerians. It is a whiskey that turns special moments into legendary occasions which appeals to a stylish, discerning set, who enjoy celebrating life’s milestones. Our Golden Reserve is the ultimate toast to Nigeria’s celebratory spirit: a bold, smooth and complex blend”. He said.
According to him; “ The “Gold” refers not only to the hue of the drink, but to the prosperous history of the blend’s malt supplier.
The Clynelish Distillery’s water source flows from the Kildonan hills, where gold deposits were discovered in the 19th century, meaning that gold is at the source of this premier whiskey.
“Gold is more than just a colour – it is a testament to success and a reason to celebrate. Our iconic blend is set to be a great triumph in the Nigerian market, where a premium, international spirit was needed,” Enwemadu added.
