In the review presented by Bedari Hari , Prof Offornze noted that the author took great care in ensuring that the substance of the book and the knowledge it seeks to convey is expressed in very easy  and flowing language.
“After a thorough and dispassionate study of the book, I am amply persuaded that it demonstrates high standard of legal research and erudition. The learned author has presented us with a continuum of provocative analysis, which together provides a working blueprint for legal engagement in the critical areas examined.
The end product is a timely innovative and insightful work of very high academic quality that is conceptually and empirically rich and well researched. I have no hesitation in recommending this book as a working companion to law teachers, students, practitioners of arbitration and judges. It is my belief that this book will prove to be of inestimable value to all categories of readers and a great contribution to knowledge in the practice of commercial arbitration”.
